query?string

Keyword search over filing text. Omit to list recent filings. Excerpts are returned only when this is set.

id?Entity Id

Company or listing id. Same resolve as Entity Reference: ticker (AAPL, AAPL US, AAPL-US), CIK, LEI, EDINET code, CRD, SEC series id, internal id, FIGI, composite FIGI, and share-class FIGI. ISIN and CUSIP match but are never returned. See Ids you can send.

Inclusive start calendar date as YYYY-MM-DD or yyyyMMdd on SEC acceptance day. See filed_at.

filing_type_categories?array<string>

financials_periodic, current_reports, ownership, proxies_agm, registrations_offerings, mna_tenders, correspondence, orders_notices, trust_indenture, or other. current_reports is 8-K and 6-K style disclosures. events is a deprecated alias of current_reports and is not an IR event. Comma-separated on GET. Optional. Maps to native SEC type_category and EDINET disclosure types. Full expansion: Document Types.

annual_report, periodic_report, current_report, proxy_statement, registration_statement, tender_offer_document, beneficial_ownership_filing, insider_ownership_filing, or a raw SEC form / EDINET code (10-K, 8-K, 120). Comma-separated on GET. Optional. Groups and codes: Document Types.

Four-digit fiscal years (2024). Comma-separated on GET. Optional. Matches the fiscal year on the submission header.
