How it works
The Saved Searches feature allows you to preserve the exact configuration of your Document Search—including keywords, operators, proximity, companies, and all applied filters—for instant reuse and continuous monitoring.
Saving and Managing Searches
Once you have executed a Document Search with your desired filters and parameters, you can save it for future use.

- Saving a Search: After running a search, locate the "Save Search" button (often near the top of the results pane). Give your search a custom, descriptive name and confirm to save the exact criteria.
- Accessing Management: All saved searches are managed in the "My Searches" window, accessed by clicking the designated button (usually to the right of the search bar). This window is your central hub for all stored queries.
Manage and Edit Search Criteria
Within the "My Searches" window, you can perform maintenance and make quick adjustments to your saved queries:

- Manage (Rename/Delete): Hover over any saved search to find options to rename it (for better organization) or delete it (if no longer needed).
- Edit Search Criteria: Select a search and choose the "Edit" option. This instantly runs the saved search in "edit mode," populating the Document Search bar and filters with the saved settings. You can then change a single filter or parameter (e.g., change the date range or add an entity) and save it again, overwriting the original, without having to create a completely new saved search from scratch.
Main Benefits of Saved Searches
Saved Searches transform one-off research tasks into continuous monitoring processes, dramatically enhancing efficiency.
