Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Prestige Technologies SL (“Prestige”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information related to an identifiable person (“Personal Data”) when you visit https://alpha-analyst.com (the “Website”), use the Alpha Analyst platform, applications and software-as-a-service offering (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.

1. Applicability of this Privacy Policy

The Services are offered to business and professional customers (“Customers”) for enterprise use. Where we process Customer Content (e.g., user prompts, outputs, documents, files, integrations) on behalf of a Customer, we act as a processor (or service provider) and that processing is governed by our agreement with the Customer (e.g., Terms of Service, Platform Agreement, Data Processing Agreement).

This Privacy Policy applies when Prestige acts as a controller (i.e., determines why and how to process Personal Data), including for Website visitors, prospects, and our own account, billing, support and marketing operations. If you have questions about Customer-controlled data, please contact your organization’s administrator.

2. Who We Are & How to Contact Us

If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or an EU/UK representative, we will update this section with their contact details.

3. Personal Data We Collect & Sources

  • Marketing & advertising vendors, event organizers, lead-generation partners and content-syndication partners.
  • Platform integrations: where a Customer connects Alpha Analyst with third-party tools (e.g., identity providers or productivity suites), we receive data needed to enable the integration as configured by the Customer.

D. Publicly available information

We may use publicly available materials (e.g., public filings, decisions, official registers) to improve features such as search, classification and safety systems, and to build non-personal, aggregated insights. We take steps to minimize privacy impact, including filtering, de-duplication and access controls.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (“Cookies”) for essential functionality, analytics, security, debugging, remembering preferences and, where permitted, marketing. You can manage preferences via browser settings and any consent banner we provide. Disabling certain Cookies may limit functionality.

  • Essential Cookies — required for core features, authentication and security.
  • Functional & Analytics Cookies — help us understand usage and improve the Services.
  • Advertising Cookies — used (where allowed) to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.

Browsers may offer a “Do Not Track” signal; our Services respond based on applicable law and available technical standards.
